Regarding this - October 7th. It was not the beginning of anti Semitism nor Anti-Israel sentiments for sure. The Netanyahu-Israeli reaction, horrific, made it worse, for Israel,for Jews, for Palestinians. October 7th did not come out of the blue. Jews here have supported what is going on there against the Palestinians for decades.
Some Jews and others have been horrified and offended by Israel’s actions aided by the US.
I have been there a number of times over the years. Israel has become a place that has grown harder to visit as well harder on the conscience. This year is no exception.
The weaker Palestinian "movement" here has been catching the young, including Jews, not wanting to associate with the horrors they are seeing continuing from Gaza.
Israel is blocking Doctors Without Borders. Oxfam CARE Save the Children from going into Gaza. “Israel, citing security needs, has imposed strict new conditions on international NGOs that the U.N. and aid groups say could cripple the relief effort in Gaza.” -WAPO
Israel lost alot by its reaction and now working with/on Trump. Israel lost what it could have perhaps won in sympathy and kept some supporters. But this was a continuation of the I-P war on steroids, aided by us.
This has affected Jews here, not for the good.
As well Trump has and taken advantage of this cry of Anti-Semtism and has parlayed this into his crackdown on University’s campuses. Universities have lost funding. We have all lost as a result.

“Dany” calling Biden senile was incorrect and she used the term loosely and with bias it seemed.. not factually as medically he was not deemed so. He was in physical and mental decline. I look at Trump now, refusing to let us know about his conditions, including mental.. And I am remembering Reagan.
